Responsibilities
- Receives sales calls and prepares purchase orders.
- Handles procurement and deliveries as needed.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Conducts regular follow-ups and check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Processes client orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintains inventory levels of parts or components to ensure availability and optimize stock levels.
- Monitors gross margins of parts sales.
- Documents orders appropriately.
- Prepares and delivers price quotations to clients.
- Provides client follow-up and client service support.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of account management experience
- Technical Training Program Completion
- Occasional Travel
