Your Role
Manage and support Brightline’s portfolio of sponsorship and co-marketing partnership accounts (across sports teams, music festivals, museums, arts & cultural organizations, venues, events, and brand sponsors), ensuring seamless execution of contracted assets, exceptional partner experiences, and mutually beneficial initiatives that drive brand awareness, ridership, revenue, and premium guest experiences.
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for partners, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear, proactive communication.
- Cook up and implement assets
- Support in contract execution
- Maintain detailed account/project trackers
Create comprehensive end-of-term recaps for sponsorships and partnerships, incorporating metrics, timelines, visuals, images, videos, and key outcomes to clearly articulate value, impact, and ROI.
