About the role
The Partner Success team at the World Economic Forum focuses on engaging Forum Partners across Europe and North America. This role involves working closely with Partner Leads to build and strengthen interactions with Partner Representatives.
Responsibilities
- Onboard Partner Representatives into the Forum ecosystem and contribute to shaping the engagement plan for Partners.
- Work with Forum Centre colleagues to identify and communicate the latest engagement opportunities for partners.
- Deliver on Partners' event engagements, including registrations, agendas, speaking opportunities, and logistics.
- Maintain ongoing Partner engagement by building strong relationships with Partner Representatives to ensure the delivery of tailored engagement plans.
- Generate intelligence on Partner companies to flag potential risks and growth opportunities by monitoring recent announcements, reports, and executive changes.
- Deliver ad hoc support needs according to preference, spending up to 10% of time on a small project with full responsibility to deliver value to the team and Forum.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 2+ years of professional work experience
- Successful track record in key account management and/or business relationship development
- Proven ability to engage with multiple functions and business lines within an organization
- Strong digital mindset and capabilities, especially in Salesforce
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English; fluency in another language is a plus
- Strong research and analytical skills

- Ability to connect the dots in a complex matrix environment and utilize disciplined and consistent follow-through to drive outcomes for internal and external parties.
Skills
- Build deep relationships with Partner Representatives to develop and execute on engagement plans based on the partner’s business priorities and relevant trends for their industry sectors.
- Collaborate effectively with their Account Team counterpart (Partner Lead).
- Coordinate with the Forum’s Centres, Global Industries, events, and media teams to ensure an optimal Partner engagement experience.
- Monitor and proactively manage partner retention and engagement metrics.
Pay
The annual salary range for this role is $90,000-105,000 in New York.
Schedule
This role requires the ability to work on-site 3 days per week per company policy.
