We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "Our Story" (intro), "What you will do", "Key Responsibilities", "Your profile", "Why is thinkcell the right place for you?" (company description), "Our Values", "Join Our Journey", "Compensation". Also "Benefits" and "Pay" sections need to be included only if posting actually states them. Compensation includes OTE range and benefits description. So we can have a Pay section (maybe "Compensation") and Benefits section. The instructions: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content to these headings. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Also remove application instructions (none). Keep substantive info.
We need sections only when posting has real specific content. So we can have:
- About the role (maybe from "Our Story" and "What you will do"? Actually "About the role" could be the introductory description of role. We have "What you will do:" which describes role. So we can put that under About the role.
- Responsibilities: from "Key Responsibilities".
- Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: from "Your profile". Could split into Requirements (experience, education) and Skills (tools, communication). But we can combine into Requirements section. However we need to follow instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe just one "Requirements" section covering experience, education, skills, location, travel, work auth.
- Benefits: from compensation paragraph includes benefits package.
- Pay: from compensation paragraph includes OTE range.
- Schedule: maybe not present; there is mention "Based in NYC region, with the ability to work on-site in at least 3 days per week". That's schedule info (hybrid). Could be considered schedule. So we can include Schedule section.
- Also maybe "Values" could be a section but not in list of allowed headings; but we could omit or put under About the role? The instruction says use those headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings. Probably we should stick to those headings only. So we can omit Values, Our Story, Join Our Journey, etc unless we can fit them into About the role or similar. But we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot drop substantive info. So we need to include that info somewhere. Could incorporate into About the role (company overview) and maybe a separate section like "About thinkcell" but not in allowed headings. However instruction: "Use

However instruction: "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. suggests those are examples, not exclusive. But later: "IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". So we can create other headings if needed, but better to stick to given ones to avoid extra sections. However we need to preserve all substantive info, including company story, values, etc. We could put them under About the role (mix of role and company). Or we could create a section "About the company" but not in list; risk of violating instruction? The instruction says use those headings for section headings (e.g. ...). It doesn't forbid others, but suggests using those. Safer to use only those headings and embed other info within them.
Thus:
- About the role: include "Our Story" (company mission), "What you will do:" description, maybe also "Why is thinkcell the right place for you?" (company impact) and "Our Values" and "Join Our Journey". All can go here.
- Responsibilities: from Key Responsibilities.
- Requirements: from Your profile (experience, education, skills, location, travel, work auth). Could also include "Proficiency in Microsoft Office", "Bachelors degree", etc.
- Benefits: from compensation paragraph: medical, dental, vision, disability leave, parental leave, paid time off, 401k contribution.
- Pay: from compensation paragraph: OTE $130K–$150K per year, variable incentive etc.
- Schedule: from "Based in NYC region, with the ability to work on-site in at least 3 days per week" and maybe travel to Berlin and Denver.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove that.
Now produce HTML fragment: use for each heading, then content:
for each heading, then content:
for prose,
- for lists.
We need to decide what content is list vs prose. Responsibilities are a list; we can make
- . Requirements could be a list as well. Benefits list. Pay maybe prose. Schedule maybe prose.
Let's extract details.
