About the role

This role is about bringing PF&H to life across North America - building real, lasting relationships with the retailers and partners who put us in front of athletes. While we already have some boots on the ground in the US, this is a new role focused on taking our presence across the region to the next level. You’ll lead the region - growing our retail presence, onboarding and training partners, running sweat tests and repping the brand at events and races. We're growing fast, which means things move quickly around here. Our roles will evolve over time, and while the key responsibilities are outlined below, there may be changes as we grow. We're looking for someone who’s up for that kind of pace and flexibility - someone who’s keen to roll up their sleeves and grow with us.

Responsibilities

  • Own retailer and partner relationships across North America, making sure every interaction reflects PF&H values.
  • Grow our retail presence in North America - spotting gaps, exploring new accounts and building out the region.
  • Lead onboarding and training, both in-store and remote, so partners feel confident and excited to represent the brand.
  • Track sales performance against KPIs, and make sure every account is performing to its potential.
  • Support underperforming accounts with practical, tailored solutions.
  • Collect and share insights from the field - on customers, competitors and opportunities - to inform strategy and growth.
  • Support wholesale operations for the region - order approvals, invoicing and reporting.
  • Plan and deliver sweat testing at retail stores, events and key locations.
  • Represent PF&H at events and races, helping partners activate the brand and connect with customers.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who's up for that kind of pace and flexibility - someone who’s keen to roll up their sleeves and grow with us. Experience managing retail accounts and wholesale partnerships, with a strong understanding of how to build and grow successful commercial relationships. Confident working independently across a large geography and multiple timezones. A background in sport and a genuine passion for the communities we support. An exceptional communicator, with a natural ability to build and maintain relationships. A proactive mindset with the ability to spot gaps and seek out opportunities. A natural problem-solver with a creative mind when things get hectic. Seriously organised, with a sharp eye for detail. The ability to travel across the region and work the odd weekend or late night when events call for it.

Qualifications

Nice To Have:

  • Prior knowledge/use of Shopify, CRM platforms and google sheets.
  • Curious about using AI and modern tools to work smarter, reduce admin and improve the quality of your decisions.
  • Being a keen athlete or a fan of endurance sports would also be helpful (as you'll already understand our audience), but not strictly mandatory.
