Account Manager, Molecular Diagnostics, QIAstat (Pacific Northwest)

Drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. Collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. Directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue for QIAstat-Dx systems
• Establish and maintain relationships with key healthcare stakeholders
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for potential clients
• Work with marketing and technical teams for product adoption success
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly
• Manage the sales pipeline and utilize SFDC for tracking opportunities
• Represent the company at industry conferences and customer events

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field preferred
• 5+ years in diagnostic sales with hospital lab equipment experience
• Proven sales achievement with a track record of meeting targets
• Consistent top performer; recognized in President's Club
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events
• Territory covers the Pacific Northwest region

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
