About the role
The Account Manager, Men's Health (Remote In Territory) will engage healthcare providers and other key customers within an assigned geographical universe, communicating clinically focused selling messages to create and grow revenue, and consistently delivering product goals. This role requires strong and consistent sales performance that exceeds forecast and expectations related to product goals, accomplished in a compliant manner with high integrity following all Tolmar policies and procedures governing pharmaceutical promotion in the US.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with regional colleagues, field-based and home office teams to proactively address customer needs, market dynamics, and trends, developing strategies that support brand and corporate objectives within the assigned geography.
- Participate and help lead initiatives to support sales success, including industry-related congresses, local and regional meetings, and medical conferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or a related field.
- 2 or more years of successful business-to-business sales experience.
- Experience with in-servicing and training office staff, nurses, and office managers.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proven strategic thinking.
- Advanced organizational and follow-up skills.
- Demonstrated skill in negotiation and selling techniques with accountability in executing sales plans.
- Aptitude for learning technical and scientific product-related information.
- Highly motivated with a “can-do” attitude and ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work with interruptions, and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to execute effective business plans for the assigned territory.
- Ability to develop working relationships with internal and external customers and work as a team player at all levels.
- Ability to take initiative in the absence of precise direction.
- Demonstrates good judgment, discretion, and compliance with industry ethical guidelines.
- Assertive selling techniques, including asking for business on every call.
Working Conditions
- Office environment; requiring sitting and standing.
- Overnight travel required up to 50%.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Travel by air as required.
- Availability to work extra hours and weekends as necessary.

Pay
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $85,000 and $105,000 per year. Final compensation may vary based on qualifications, experience, and geographical location.
