Account Manager, Medical Device & Equipment - Southwest

Position Summary

Vitrolife is seeking a highly motivated Medical Device & Equipment Account Manager to join our North American Sales Team. This role is responsible for driving sales of our consumables and capital equipment portfolio within the IVF market across a multi-state territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with IVF clinics and key stakeholders. - Conduct routine customer visits, product demonstrations, in-services, and procedural observations. - Meet and exceed sales targets by expanding business within existing accounts and developing new opportunities. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Key Account Managers and Medical Affairs teams. - Effectively manage and grow both consumables and capital equipment sales pipelines. - Maintain and manage sales funnel activity in Salesforce to achieve quarterly goals. - Deliver high-impact presentations to diverse customer audiences. - Educate clinical professionals on the value and application of Vitrolife products. - Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans. - Support and participate in workshops, congresses, and industry events. - Submit accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales activity and performance reports. - Continuously build expertise in Vitrolife products and IVF clinical applications. - Demonstrate strong product knowledge and communicate clear value propositions. - Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required. - 3–5 years of proven sales experience in a hospital, medical device, or clinically focused environment. - Experience in Women’s Health or IVF strongly preferred. - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and grow territory revenue. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and penetrate new business opportunities. - Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships. - Highly motivated self-starter with strong organizational and prioritization skills. - Team-oriented with excellent collaboration and communication abilities. - Coachable, adaptable, and driven to succeed in a competitive market.
