Account Manager (Landscape Maintenance Supervisor)

About the role

The Landscape Maintenance Supervisor / Account Manager oversees landscape maintenance crews, manages residential and commercial accounts, ensures quality control, and maintains strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance crews and daily operations
• Manage residential and commercial landscape maintenance accounts
• Schedule crews, monitor productivity, and ensure work is completed efficiently
• Conduct property inspections and maintain quality control standards
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding service needs and concerns
• Train and mentor crew members on proper landscape maintenance procedures and safety practices
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and communication logs
• Ensure equipment and vehicles are properly maintained and operated safely
• Assist with estimating, proposals, and recommending additional services when needed

Requirements

• Clean, valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks related to landscape operations when necessary
• 3–5 years of experience in landscape maintenance management (residential and commercial)
• Strong knowledge of all phases of landscape maintenance
• Previous supervisory or crew leadership experience preferred
• Estimating experience is helpful
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Pay

Salary Range: $40,000 – $50,000 per year depending on supervisory experience

Take-Home Vehicle provided
