Responsibilities
- Receive and reply to all communications from assigned consultants or customers
- Manage open order reports on a weekly basis to ensure date management protocol is followed
- Works with installer, consultant or customer on a detailed level to ensure project is field verified and installed per specification and / or customer expectations
- Proactively provide consultants or customers with important order milestones including ship dates and backorders
- Maintain communication with internal departments to ensure all project related milestones are met
- Responsible for maintaining quoted profitability on assigned projects
- Responsible for accurate order entry of product based on field measures, quotes, designer specification and purchase order
- Organizes and leads conference calls and meetings with project stakeholders
- Travel to job sites to review scope of work with installers or stakeholders as needed
Qualifications
- Education: Required: High School Diploma. 4-year degree preferred.
- Experience: Required: Customer Service Experience. Preferred: 3+ Years Relevant Experience
- Skills: Required: Strong organizational skills. Preferred: JD Edwards / Oracle experience
- Special Requirements: Preferred: Ability to read plans
