Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the behavioral health sector, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Cookordination with internal teams to ensure that clients receive high-quality behavioral health services.
  • Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and that clients are satisfied with our services.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and secure new business opportunities.
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for growth.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for client accounts.
  • Use data to make informed decisions and recommendations for service improvements.
  • Provide training and support to clients on the use of our services and products.
  • Ensure that clients are fully aware of the benefits and capabilities of our offerings.
  • Ensure that all activities are conducted in compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the behavioral health sector.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, or Communication).
  • Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related field within the behavioral health industry.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of behavioral health services and the needs of clients in this sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Compensation: $60,000-$80,000 base salary + competitive commission structure
