About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and servers.
- Provide technical support to customers via phone and email.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on network equipment.
- Implement and monitor network security protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant IT/networking experience.
- Proficiency in network management software such as Cisco Prime, SolarWinds, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Qualifications
- CCNA certification preferred.
- Experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies.
- Knowledge of WAN optimization and load balancing.
