Account Manager II

About the Role

The Account Manager II is accountable for client satisfaction and for driving both immediate and sustained profitability across designated accounts within the Building Automation & Smart Buildings division by cultivating relationships with key stakeholders and serving as a trusted advisor to the client.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related work experience required.
• 3+ years of Account Manager experience required.
• Previous experience with Building Technology Systems essential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence is essential.
• Strong Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM is essential.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.

Skills

Additional skills preferred but not required:

• Technical sales experience a plus.
• Design-Build fundamentals a plus.
• Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or similar experience preferred.

Pay

The expected pay range for this position is $69,878 - $93,170 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Individual compensation is determined based on several factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, internal equity, and market conditions.
