About the role
The Amazon Pickup & Returns team is looking for an Account Manager to support Amazon’s automated, secure, self-service package delivery solution. This role involves working with a variety of partners, including national chains and franchisee locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead negotiations and build processes to optimize operations
- Advocate for partners’ business needs internally across partner teams
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners
- Ensure efficient scaling of operations in a rapidly growing space
- Support the delivery experience that delights customers and provides value for partners
Requirements
- 5+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in client or vendor-facing roles with a focus on relationship management and negotiation skills
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
Qualifications
- 5+ years of client or vendor-facing roles with a focus on relationship management and negotiation skills
- Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights
Skills

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $82,700.00 - $115,500.00 annually.
