Account Manager I
About the role
The Account Manager I is a key member of a dynamic sales team responsible for maintaining and strengthening existing customer relationships with small and medium-sized customers. This role involves daily interaction with the assigned customer territory using digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Maintains existing business by developing an understanding of the customer’s business and supply chain through research and customer interaction, analyzing customer needs and developing and implementing solutions.
- Collaborates with internal teams, including sales counterparts and operations, to provide a seamless and outstanding customer experience.
- Engages regularly with customers to ensure they understand service offerings and maximize the utilization of products and services.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree/equivalent OR 4 years of business-to-business sales experience OR 1 year of the Company's business-to-business sales experience required.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Communication Skills, Product Knowledge, Solution Building, Time Management, Organization, Self-Motivation, Adaptability, Problem Solving, Business Acumen, Ability to build and maintain client relationships, Leveraging Technology.
- Preferred Qualifications: Quantifiable & Measurable Sales Achievements, Sales Experience using Digital tools/CRM.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must meet one of the following: Bachelor's degree/equivalent OR Four (4) years of business-to-business sales experience OR one (1) year of the Company's business-to-business sales experience required.

Benefits
The compensation for this position is $18.82-$35.05 hourly. Additional details include a hybrid work schedule with in-office days from Monday to Thursday and remote work on Fridays. For details on our comprehensive benefits, click here.
