Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Daily management of assigned customer accounts.
- Matrix management of Customer Service Representative assigned to your accounts.
- Manage day-to-day customer and vendor quoting activity.
- Ensure rigorous compliance to all customer flow down requirements on all customer orders.
- Work with cross-functional team to optimize inventory levels and supplier performance metrics.
- Review customer activity, anticipate customer needs, and drive customer satisfaction / scorecard metrics.
- Provide support to account managers with large strategic accounts.
- Handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) for assigned accounts as required.
- Handle Federal Contract Information (FCI) as required.
- Perform special projects or assignments to support department.

- Knowledge of selling strategies and methods.

- Exceptional planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Micorsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Access, PowerPoint Presentations).
- Ability to work required duties under general supervision.
