About the role
The Account Manager I will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Identify and address client needs and concerns
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services
- Monitor account performance and make adjustments as necessary
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
