About the role

The successful candidate will lead complex, retail and third-party launch activations in partnership with Launchpad Marketing, SPRS, and SPT. They will build processes to scale onboarding and growth across a large number of brands and projects. They will craft compelling business narratives and strategic Go-To-Market plans for high-profile launches. They will have a thorough understanding of the industry, seasonality, and business trends/events, and continuously monitor competitor/industry developments. They will maximize Amazon's business profitability and selection expansion opportunities. They will have a complete understanding of customer needs, both existing and potential, and use that knowledge to advocate for and drive delivery of site features that provide Amazon customers with an unparalleled shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, retail and third-party launch activations in partnership with Launchpad Marketing, SPRS, and SPT
  • Build processes to scale onboarding and growth across a large number of brands and projects
  • Craft compelling business narratives and strategic Go-To-Market plans for high-profile launches
  • Have a thorough understanding of the industry, seasonality, and business trends/events, and continuously monitor competitor/industry developments
  • Maximize Amazon's business profitability and selection expansion opportunities
  • Create go-to market plans for new opportunities and develop and execute project plans for the launch of new features, incorporating merchandising and pricing strategies
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, while meeting tight deadlines
  • Conduct financial analysis of business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets

Requirements

  • 3+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

Qualifications

  • Proven analytical capabilities and project management skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • The ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task
  • A proven record of driving category growth
  • An effective leader and communicator in working with some of Amazon.com's most important partners and vendors, as well as with internal colleagues and cross-functional leaders
