Account Manager (Health Plan Relationship Manager, Client Experience)

About the role
In this role, you are responsible for overall client satisfaction, providing superior service to brokers and employers in your portfolio. This includes member education, client communication plans, and program analytics. You will engage in frequent, effective communication with employer human resource professionals and broker partners to resolve issues related to full-service administration of healthcare benefit plans using a reference-based pricing model. The goal is to earn client renewals annually and retain broker loyalty by acting as a trusted advisor and coordinating internal support services to ensure successful implementation and ongoing satisfaction.
This position serves all assigned clients by acting as a liaison between Imagine360 staff, clients, brokers, and vendors. You will need a comprehensive understanding of client benefit plan designs and identify opportunities to increase revenue while improving plan results.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for the overall administration, retention, and growth of your portfolio.
- Manage the onboarding process of new plans (or groups) and provide necessary education of TPA, ELAP/Imagine, or other related entities' products and services.
- Support existing clients through the annual renewal process, attaining specific client retention rates as determined annually. This includes renewal of TPA services, stop loss coverage, claims review and audit services, and other vendors contracted with the health plan.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings on a monthly/regular cadence to report activity, key indicators, trends, and overall service results. Recommend actions to improve performance and mitigate risks in adherence with the Client Success Plan.
- Create comprehensive and ongoing client/member education programs and marketing tools.
- Participate in health fairs, conduct onsite presentations, and direct employee enrollment meetings in-person or virtually.
- Inform and educate clients about coverage, exclusions, and exposure.
- Adapt and incorporate new duties and responsibilities related to client satisfaction as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of insurance agency and/or TPA experience specializing in employee benefit and self-funded medical plans.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as internet navigation.
- Ability to resolve problems independently and demonstrate multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to travel as needed up to 30%.

Licenses or Certifications
- Must obtain Life and Disability Producer’s License within six months of completing probationary period.
