About the role

The Health Plan Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers to ensure optimal coverage and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with healthcare providers
• Manage provider contracts and renewals
• Resolve provider-related issues and complaints
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve patient care

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare provider management experience
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• Experience with healthcare provider contracting processes
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
