About the role
The Health Plan Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers to ensure optimal coverage and service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with healthcare providers
- Manage provider contracts and renewals
- Resolve provider-related issues and complaints
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve patient care
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of healthcare provider management experience
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Experience with healthcare provider contracting processes
