About the role

We are excited to add an experienced and results-oriented Account Manager to our VML Health team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills are essential, as is a passion for delivering innovative and impactful healthcare marketing solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives and budgets.
  • Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, overseeing timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated and effective campaigns.
  • Proactively identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing client accounts.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of full-time experience in digital marketing, advertising, or media, with a focus on healthcare.
  • Proven project management skills and experience managing budgets and timelines.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Pay

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is $45,000—$100,000 USD. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.

Schedule

We adopt a hybrid approach, with teams in the office an average of four days a week.
