Account Manager - Grocery Retail Merchandising

About the role

This is a full-time position representing a portfolio of up to 50 brands in the Organic/Natural Food and Beverage industry. The ideal location for candidates is the Redwood City / San Mateo, CA area.

Responsibilities

• Represent a portfolio of up to 50 brands in the Organic/Natural Food and Beverage industry, such as Olipop, Chocolove and TruFru.
• Build and maintain a consistent route of weekly store visits at Whole Foods Market and Sprouts retailers in Sunnyvale, San Jose, Stevens Creek, Los Gatos, Campbell, Redwood City, Palo Alto, and San Mateo (locations subject to change).
• Grow brands in your portfolio and maintain the highest level of retail standards.
• Build relationships with retail leaders to promote brands during weekly visits.
• Maintain proper communication strategies with retail partners via email, call, text, or in‑person conversations.
• Report in real‑time on brand updates via the Go Spot Check application.
• Ensure products are merchandised to brand standards.
• Perform basic shelf maintenance: working backstock, facing/fronting, tag compliance, and proper signage.

Pay

Target hiring range: $21.28 – $27.00 per hour, with eligibility for a quarterly bonus. Full wage range for the position: $21.28 – $34.83 per hour. Starting wage is based on geographic location and experience.

Schedule

Approximately 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, starting between 5am‑8am.
