The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to own one of our most strategic and exciting accounts: The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC). As Account Manager, you will be the primary relationship owner, project lead, and growth driver for TCCC’s digital transformation business. You’ll work at the intersection of people, process, and technology — building trusted executive partnerships, delivering complex projects with precision, and opening new doors across TCCC’s global organization.
What You’ll Do
Build Trusted Client Partnerships
Serve as TCCC’s primary point of contact and trusted advisor, cultivating deep, lasting relationships with senior and executive stakeholders.Lead Strategic Business Reviews and Roadmap Sessions
Keep Spark’s work aligned to TCCC’s evolving priorities.Champion the Client’s Voice Internally
Ensure every team member understands what success looks like for TCCC.Deliver Flawless Projects
Own end-to-end project management across multiple concurrent TCCC workstreams — from scoping through delivery and optimization.Translate Complex Requirements into Clear Plans
Keep stakeholders aligned and projects on budget and delivering within SLAs.Drive Continuous Improvement
Embed lessons learned and best practices into every engagement.Grow the Business
Identify and pursue new opportunities across TCCC — expanding Spark’s footprint into new teams, business units, and regions.Position Spark’s Digital Transformation Capabilities Compellingly
Build a healthy pipeline of new scope within the account.Manage Commercial Performance
SOWs, budgets, forecasts, and profitability — always with growth in mind.
Who We’re Looking For
A seasoned account manager or client success leader who thrives at the intersection of relationships, delivery, and growth.
Specifically, you bring:
- 6+ years managing senior-level client relationships in digital transformation, enterprise technology, or professional services.
- A track record of growing major accounts, expanding into new teams or business units, at VP or C-suite level.
- Exceptional project management skills across multiple, complex, concurrent workstreams.
- Strong commercial acumen: experience with SOW development, commercial negotiation, and P&L oversight.
- Deep familiarity with workflow design and enterprise platforms, Airtable proficiency is a strong plus.
- High EQ, executive presence, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics with confidence.
