Summary
Assists in all benefits department functions, develops client relationships, and provides benefits consulting services to employers ranging from 2 to 10,000 employees in metropolitan markets.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients, discuss benefit options, solicit quotes, present alternatives, conduct open enrollment, lead through the underwriting process.
- Research, analyze, and evaluate corporate benefit plans and programs.
- Maintain strong relationships with small group and mid-market sales representatives and account executives from all major lines of coverage to include Medical, Dental, Life/AD&D, Voluntary Life/AD&D, Short and Long Term Disability, Vision, Supplemental, GAP, etc.
- Organize Health Fairs.
- Communicate effectively with small and large businesses, make presentations to large and small groups.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in benefit-related fields.
- Experience with multiple plans.
- Previous PEO experience preferred.
- Experience working in the NY Market preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Skills & Experience
- Life and Health license required.
- ACA certification within 18 months required.

Pay
The starting wage is $51,000 - $110,000, with the range varying based on various factors including location, experience, and performance.
