What You’ll Do

  • Act as the lead point of contact for Ford customer accounts, ensuring strong, responsive communication.
  • Drive revenue growth by expanding existing business and identifying new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with Ford stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with growth objectives.
  • Manage sales forecasting and key account metrics, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering and manufacturing teams to deliver results.
  • Lead efforts to close commercial issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Help identify new opportunities through a targeted growth approach.
  • Champion new technologies and innovation opportunities with the customer.
  • Support annual piece price adjustments where applicable.
  • Contribute to VA/VE initiatives and leverage internal engineering resources.
  • Track and manage opportunity pipelines using structured growth frameworks.
  • Maintain awareness of OEM expectations and supplier performance criteria.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of automotive account management or sales experience, with direct Ford customer exposure.
  • Strong understanding of the Ford customer landscape and expectations.
  • Proven ability to drive growth, manage complex accounts, and influence outcomes.
  • Highly effective communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in plastic injection molding or manufacturing preferred.
