This role involves making an impact on the business by executing sales strategy and being the main point of contact for large customers. Key responsibilities include supervising, dispatching, and coordinating field service engineers and imaging centers, effectively scheduling field technical services, supporting customers during emergencies, and ensuring all service requests are well documented and coordinated.
Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategy and be the main point of contact for largest customers
- Serve as the main point of contact for all service customers and ensure expectations are met
- Make sure all service requests and dispatches are well documented, coordinated, and prioritized
- Communicate with emergency dispatch when necessary
- Develop work schedules according to workloads
- Update and maintain all call handlings and special service process documentation
- Maintain quality completion of work

Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred
