About the role
Healthcare is changing, and local medical practices are caught in the middle. They are trying to shift from a system that rewards the volume of procedures to one that rewards the quality of patient care—but navigating that shift is incredibly tough.
Note on Travel: To truly partner with these clinics, we anticipate about 40% travel across the year. This typically looks like 2–3 days a week of regional travel, though it fluctuates based on partner needs—some weeks will require more face time, while others will be lighter.
