About the role
Responsible for managing construction service projects within the civil and utility sectors. Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and quality control.
Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from planning through completion
- Oversee project budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines
- Ensure project quality meets or exceeds client expectations
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope and objectives
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
