The Account Manager is responsible for managing commercial security system accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and expanding business through strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing commercial security accounts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to provide comprehensive solutions
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Prepare and present proposals to potential clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
