About the role

The Account Manager is responsible for managing commercial security system accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and expanding business through strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing commercial security accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to provide comprehensive solutions
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Prepare and present proposals to potential clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications
