About the role

The Account Manager is responsible for managing commercial security system accounts, providing customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing commercial security system accounts
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales team to close deals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in account management or customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications
