The Account Manager is responsible for managing commercial security system accounts, providing customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing commercial security system accounts
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with sales team to close deals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in account management or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
