Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of commercial clients
- Handle renewals, endorsements, COIs, audits, and billing questions
- Act as a liaison between clients and carriers
- Maintain accurate documentation in our systems
- Aid producers with pre-renewal strategies and cross-selling opportunities
- Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license (required)
- 2+ years of experience in commercial lines servicing
- Strong knowledge of commercial policies (GL, BOP, WC, Auto, etc.)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office
