Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships that encourage trust and client retention.
- Address client needs promptly and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor account health and proactively identify opportunities to improve service.
- Support contract renewals and account growth through excellent service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or customer service.
- Exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to present and collaborate effectively with all levels of an organization.
- Willingness to drive to meet with clients onsite 50+% of the day.
- Business to Business upselling services to established clients.
