Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead contact for all assigned client accounts
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients
- Address client concerns promptly and ensure a high level of satisfaction
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services within existing accounts
- Develop new business opportunities and support contract negotiations
- Maximize profitability while delivering value to clients
- Partner closely with sales and operations teams to meet and exceed client expectations
- Ensure clients remain engaged, informed, and satisfied with services
- Coordinate and ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions
- Align services with client needs, objectives, and expectations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in account management, client services, or a related role
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent listening and negotiation abilities
- Able to manage multiple accounts and priorities with strong attention to detail
- Experience working with CRM systems is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
- Willingness to travel as needed
