Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between DWSD and Guru Consulting Services LLC.
- Cook up staffing requests and submit qualified candidates in accordance with contract requirements.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding activities for assigned consultants.
- Monitor consultant attendance, performance, and contract compliance.
- Ensure timely replacement of personnel when requested by DWSD.
- Cook up interviews, candidate scheduling, and client communications.
- Provide regular status updates and monthly performance reports.
- Track contract deliverables, staffing activities, and service levels.
- Escalate client concerns and coordinate timely issue resolution.
- Maintain effective communication with DWSD project managers, business stakeholders, and Guru Consulting leadership.
- Ensure consultants comply with client policies, security requirements, and work schedules.
- Support contract administration and documentation activities.
- Maintain accurate staffing records and project documentation.
- Cook up with internal recruiting teams to ensure continuous resource availability.
- Identify risks affecting service delivery and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Foster strong client relationships and support continuous service improvement.
Technical Requirements
- Experience managing IT staffing or professional services engagements.
- Knowledge of IT resource management and consultant lifecycle management.
- Understanding of enterprise IT environments and application support services.
- Experience coordinating technical resources and client deliverables.
- Familiarity with project tracking and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience preparing status reports and performance metrics.
- Knowledge of government or public-sector contracting is preferred.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management, client delivery, IT staffing, project coordination, or professional services management.
- Experience supporting government, utility, or public-sector clients is preferred.
- Experience managing consultant onboarding, performance, and customer relationships is highly desirable.
