Account Manager- Buffalo New York
for section headings. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (EEO, legal, etc). Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, etc. Also remove application instructions (none present). Also remove "UNFI is an Equal Opportunity employer..." etc. Also remove "Compensation UNFI anticipates paying..." maybe keep compensation info? It says "Compensation UNFI anticipates paying the above-referenced pay rate (or within the above-referenced pay range) for this position. Actual Pay, where applicable, will depend on a number of factors..." This is vague; we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It does not give specific numbers or range. It says "above-referenced pay rate" but not given. So we should not create Pay section because no concrete info. Similarly Benefits: they list benefits programs. That is substantive. So we can include Benefits section with list.
Work Environment: includes Hybrid Role, Travel, Physical Environment/Demands. That's substantive; we can include a section maybe "Work Environment". Use
Work Environment
and then paragraphs/lists.
Location requirement: "REQUIRES CANDIDATE TO LIVE IN BUFFALO NEW YORK". Could be placed in a short maybe under About the role or separate? Probably include as a note in About the role or as its own short paragraph.

Potential sections:
- About the role (Job Overview)
- Responsibilities (Job Responsibilities)
- Requirements (Job Requirements)
- Work Environment (Hybrid Role, Travel, Physical Environment/Demands)
- Benefits (list)
We should not include Pay or Schedule unless specific. Schedule is mentioned in Hybrid Role (3 days per week). That's part of Work Environment, not separate Schedule.
We need to use
for each section heading.
Inside sections, we need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose, use
.
We need to preserve all substantive info; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like "Manages account, strategic selling, etc." We'll need to convert bullet points from the text into list items.
