Responsibilities
- Manage strategic can accounts, including demand forecasting, order alignment, and account performance
- Partner with internal teams to balance customer requirements with production capabilities
- Lead resolution of customer issues, including supply and quality challenges
- Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate on new product development and sustainability initiatives
- Support market analysis, profitability insights, and account strategy development

- Experience working cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, or technical teams
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required, 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related commercial role, Strong analytical and financial skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, experience collaborating across functions such as operations, supply chain, technical, or R&D, Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time
