Job Description We're building the go-to-market team for Base44, an AI-powered software development platform recently acquired by Wix. As an Account Manager, you'll be instrumental in managing business customers (from SMB to enterprise), nurturing long-term partnerships, ensuring they realize maximum value from our platform, championing their success, and identifying opportunities for growth. We’re building the go-to-market team for Base44, an AI-powered software development platform Responsibilities Own and nurture relationships with our business customers, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisorEnsure successful onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement with the Base44 platformIdentify and drive opportunities for account growth, including renewals, upsells, and cross-sellsProactively monitor customer health, usage trends, and satisfaction to mitigate churn and ensure long-term retentionTranslate customer feedback and needs into actionable insights for the product, engineering, and leadership teamsCollaborate with sales, product, marketing, and support to deliver a seamless and positive client experienceDevelop and deliver regular business reviews, demonstrating ROI and helping customers achieve their objectivesUse AI tools proactively to enhance your own productivity and the team's from drafting - communications and synthesizing customer insights to building lightweight internal tools that reduce manual workMaintain and continuously improve how we work - building automations, templates, and AI-powered workflows that scale how the team manages accounts and tracks customer healthHelp define our operating motion from day one - establishing scalable playbooks, tooling, and AI-assisted processes that grow with the team Qualifications 4+ years of account management or customer success experience in a B2B technology company, preferably a startupExperience managing mid-market and enterprise customers in SaaS, AI, developer tools, ML, or related technology sectorsProven track record of driving account growth, renewals, and customer satisfactionExceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping clients achieve their goalsOrganized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a high-growth, fast-changing environmentA builder's mindset: you're comfortable experimenting with AI tools, automating repetitive tasks, and figuring things out — you don't wait for a system to exist before creating oneBonus: Experience with AI platforms, developer-focused solutions, or technical customer onboarding Additional Information We're Base44, a newly acquired part of Wix, on a mission to change how software gets built. Our AI-powered platform allows anyone to create custom software applications using natural language - no traditional coding required. We operate like a startup within Wix: fast-moving, collaborative, and focused on solving complex problems with simple, elegant solutions. Expected base compensation salary range $125,000 - $150,000. In addition to base pay you will receive company RSUs as part of the compensation package.Final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including location the role is expected to be performed, shift, candidate profile and ideal qualifications.
