Account Manager

About the role

Join Ziply Fiber and help bring the fastest fiber internet in the Northwest to more communities. We're looking for energetic, driven, and customer-focused Account Managers who thrive on connecting with people, growing business relationships, and making a meaningful impact where they live and work.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with property managers, leasing teams, and apartment communities.
• Generate new residential sales through community outreach, events, and customer engagement.
• Educate residents on the benefits of Ziply Fiber's fiber internet services.
• Host community events and develop creative strategies to increase awareness and customer adoption.
• Manage your territory, build partnerships, and achieve sales goals.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Six months or more of sales and/or customer service experience, or military service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Apartment Leasing and/or Account Management experience preferred.
• Spanish/English fluency is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

Compensation: Base Salary: $28,080 - $43,750 DOE, Target Commission: $30,000 annually with uncapped earning potential.

Pay
