About the Role
We're looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Account Manager – Strategic Partnerships to lead the growth and performance of our wholesale books business — developing and managing strategic partnerships with wholesale customers and suppliers across the US, UK and international markets.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow strategic partnerships with wholesale customers and suppliers, driving revenue and margin performance
- Lead commercial negotiations and build long-term relationships across domestic and international markets
- Dive into the data — using advanced Excel to spot trends, forecast pipeline, and guide commercial decisions
- Work cross-functionally with warehouse, supply chain and commercial teams to keep operations running smoothly
- Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline processes and improve the customer journey
Qualifications
- Proven experience in strategic account management, partnerships, or customer success
- A strong track record growing B2B relationships and delivering profitable revenue growth
- Sharp analytical skills, with advanced Excel know-how and a data-driven mindset
- Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for sustainability, reuse, and the circular economy
