About the role
As a Territory Account Manager, you will achieve retention and new sales targets while developing and implementing service and sales strategies within an assigned territory. This role is pivotal in contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the organization. It requires a proactive and enthusiastic approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer focus.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new accounts by installing products, training client staff, and deploying World Emblem tools to ensure client success on the product platform.
- Grow business and establish relationships with accounts from our newly acquired company, Hero’s Pride.
- Develop and review strategies to maximize revenue within assigned accounts/territory, focusing on retention and new business in alignment with Hoshin plans.
- Engage with assigned client base weekly via phone and email, plus quarterly physical site visits. Bi-weekly travel is required. Schedule meetings with multiple key stakeholders, including General Managers.
- Log all work-related activities in CRM in real time and maintain accurate contact information. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting, including Opportunity Management in CRM based on company goals.
- Prospect and qualify potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and other lead generation activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with buyers, key decision-makers, and influencers within target accounts. Manage and cultivate Top/Strategic Customer satisfaction using feedback from surveys and client interactions.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, including negotiation and contract execution.
- Meet or exceed personal KPIs set by Management in alignment with the Hoshin plan.
- Stay up to date on client needs, industry trends, market conditions, product/solutions portfolio, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and passport.
- Bachelor’s Degree or proven success in sales, account management, or a related field with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, managing key accounts, and contributing to revenue growth.

- Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations.
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is a plus.
Work Environment
This role is primarily field-based, requiring regular travel to client sites, industry events, or other locations. Candidates should be comfortable with frequent travel, driving, flying, and working in various environments, including indoor, outdoor, professional office, and industrial settings. Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate client needs and travel schedules.
When not in the field, this position offers a remote work environment, allowing you to work from home with occasional in-office meetings if located within reasonable distance to the Ft. Lauderdale, Florida office. A reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup are required. The company provides equipment and tools to support remote collaboration and communication.
