About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will grow and nurture a segment of customers that are strategically important to the company. By building a deep knowledge of and relationship with your customer segment, you will develop creative strategies to help your customers overcome challenges, save time, increase revenue, and maximize the value they receive from our products and team year over year.
Responsibilities
- Point Person: Serve as the primary and consistent point person for your customer segment, ensuring they have a trusted advisor who is in their corner and knowledgeable about our products.
- Host strategy meetings: Schedule and conduct regular calls/screenshares with customers to advance the relationship and review their account to ensure they are set up for success and realizing the most value possible.
- Keep customers updated: Keep your customers informed about new features and help onboard them when needed to help them realize the value of our product offerings.
- Deliver on-time solutions: Be aware of and meet your customers' needs to ensure deadlines are met.
- Lead: Collaborate with dedicated team members to provide the best support and strategy to your customers, helping to lead that team and coordinate strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Great presentation and communication skills, including high confidence in engaging with decision-makers
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time while maintaining a sharp attention to detail
- Great organizational and time management skills, with reliable follow-up skills
- A positive, can-do attitude ready and willing to overcome obstacles
- High emotional intelligence to read the customer and identify any perceived needs or concerns
