Account Manager

About the role

Wallace Finance is seeking a friendly and outgoing Account Manager to deliver outstanding customer service within our network of over 125 small loan branches across seven states. With roots in the consumer loan business since 1980, we’re growing and looking for team members who thrive on building relationships and providing positive sales experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide quick and friendly customer service in person or over the phone, answering questions and processing loan payments
• Prepare loan documents and manage the application process from start to finish
• Create and maintain positive customer relationships, keeping borrowers informed about their loan status
• Contact customers who are behind on payments to help them get back on track
• Partner with management to uphold branch operating standards and drive business growth
• Occasional travel may be required
