About the role
The Account Manager is responsible for managing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in account management or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience in developing and implementing customer retention strategies.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and other customer relationship management tools.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
