Account Manager

About the role

Wallace Finance is looking for a friendly and outgoing Account Manager to provide outstanding customer service across our network of over 125 branches in 7 states. With roots in the small consumer loan business since 1980, we offer opportunities for growth and advancement beyond typical sales or retail roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide quick and friendly customer service in person or over the phone to answer questions and process loan payments
• Prepare loan documents and manage the application process
• Create and maintain positive customer relationships; keep customers informed about their loan status
• Contact customers who are behind on payments to help them get back on track
• Partner with management to uphold branch operating standards and drive business growth

This position may require occasional travel.
