About the role
This role is responsible for ensuring Vouch customers have a great experience after purchasing coverage. Key responsibilities include guiding existing customers through insurance questions, managing renewal processes, analyzing insurance packages, and delivering consistent follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Establish trusted relationships with our customers
- Retain existing Vouch clients during their renewal process
- Analyze existing insurance packages and evaluate risk
- Deliver consistent and timely follow-up in response to client requests and issues
- Manage growing accounts, including advising clients on risk solutions and selling more products
- Effectively use Direct Carrier and Wholesale Broker platforms to secure alternative quotes and manage existing policies
- Construct and present customized insurance packages to clients
- Ensure clients are comfortable with and able to utilize the tools/services available through the Vouch platform
- Drive additional value by identifying follow-up opportunities for Vouch
- Collaborate with billing and Policy Administration teams on client/carrier instructions and assist in collections as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales, brokerage, customer service, or other client-facing experience – within the insurance industry preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to be agile and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Possess a competitive drive to outperform peers and continuously improve hard and soft skills
- Dependable, positive, and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills
- Active/Current Property and Casualty License
- Ability to drive success through ambiguous and complex situations
- Takes initiative to problem solve when meeting resistance
Qualifications
- Nice to have exposure to and passion for early-stage startups and/or high-growth environments
- A background in insurance or other regulated categories
- Prior experience in a quota-carrying role with responsibility for achieving individual quantitative goals

Pay
The On Target Earnings (OTE) for this role are $90,000 - $95,000 per year depending on experience. ($65,000 - $70,000 base salary + $25,000 variable compensation)
Schedule
This role is hybrid, requiring team members to be in the office at least three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) to foster close collaboration and team building.
