We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, duplicated lines, application instructions. Must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. Let's parse the posting. Content: - Intro about HOMELINK: description of company. That could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is a heading for role summary. The posting includes "Position Summary" paragraph: "Sell and service HOMELINK’s full line of products and services to assigned accounts (i.e., insurance carriers, TPA’s, employers). The ideal candidate will be organized and self-motivated with a strong desire and ability to learn. The position will offer the opportunity to communicate with individuals from multiple departments across HOMELINK and across VGM divisions, while also managing client relationships. What’s more? At VGM Group, we are 100% employee owned. Click to view more about VGM! Reporting to: VP, Account Management Working Location: Hybrid-Remote opportunities available and travel to client meetings and conferences as needed is required of this position Work Hours Classification: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm" We need to extract substantive info: Position Summary, Reporting to, Working Location, Work Hours Classification. We must not repeat job title as heading. So we can have

About the role

with paragraph summarizing position summary and maybe reporting line etc. But we need to avoid filler like "Click to view more about VGM!" maybe considered boilerplate? It's a call to action; maybe we can keep as part of description? It's not essential but it's not boilerplate like EEO. Might keep. We need to decide sections: About the role (position summary). Responsibilities (list of key responsibilities). Requirements (maybe education and experience, physical requirements). Qualifications (maybe key qualifications). Skills (maybe not explicit). Benefits (maybe not explicit). Pay (compensation overview). Schedule (work hours classification). The posting includes compensation overview and work hours classification. We must only include sections if posting has real specific content. Let's see: - About the role: we have position summary paragraph. Good. - Responsibilities: we have a list of key responsibilities (many bullet-like sentences). We can put them in
  • . - Requirements: we have "Key Qualifications Education and experience: High School diploma/GED desired Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred Must comply with continuing education per Company, regulatory, contractual, and accreditation requirements’ Physical Requirements Working at a physical desk, moving about the office and facility as needed for work Operation of office machinery and equipment Visual abilities to include reading, distance vision, and peripheral vision". That's both qualifications and physical requirements. We could split into Requirements (education/experience) and maybe Skills? But we have a section for Qualifications. The instruction says use headings for: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content accordingly. We have: - Education and experience: could go under Requirements (or Qualifications). Usually Requirements = education/experience. Qualifications = maybe key qualifications (including continuing education). Skills maybe not explicit. - Physical Requirements: could be under Requirements as well (physical demands). Or maybe under Qualifications? But we have separate headings; we can put physical requirements under Requirements as part of list. - Key Qualifications: includes education/experience and continuing education. That's basically qualifications. Thus we could have:

    Requirements

    with
    • High School diploma/GED desired
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
    • Must comply with continuing education per Company, regulatory, contractual, and accreditation requirements
    • Physical ability to work at a desk, move about office/facility as needed
    • Operate office machinery and equipment
    • Visual abilities: reading, distance vision, peripheral vision
But we need to avoid duplication: The posting also says "Key Qualifications Education and experience: High School diploma/GED desired Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred Must comply with continuing education per Company, regulatory, contractual, and accreditation requirements’ Physical Requirements ..." So we can combine. We could also have a separate

    Qualifications

for maybe "Key Qualifications" but that would duplicate. Better to follow the headings list: Requirements for education/experience/physical; Qualifications for maybe "Key Qualifications" (like continuing education). But we have limited distinct content. Given instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine education/experience and physical under Requirements, and maybe not have Qualifications separate if content thin. But we need to decide. We also have Skills: not explicitly listed. Could infer from responsibilities but not explicit. Better to omit Skills section if no explicit skills. Benefits: Not mentioned explicitly (no benefits description). So omit Benefits. Pay: Compensation overview present: "The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards." That's substantive; we can include Pay section with that paragraph. Schedule: Work Hours Classification: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. That's specific; we can include Schedule section with that. Now About the role: we need to include position summary plus reporting line and working location maybe. The posting includes "Reporting to: VP, Account Management Working Location: Hybrid-Remote opportunities available and travel to client meetings and conferences as needed is required of this position Work Hours Classification: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm". But we already used work hours for Schedule; we should not duplicate. So About the role can include position summary, reporting line, working location (Hybrid-Remote, travel). We'll keep that. Now we need to remove boilerplate: lines like "Learn More About VGM Group, Inc...." that's after qualifications; that's company description, maybe not needed for role. It's not essential to the job posting; could be considered boilerplate. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "Learn More About VGM Group, Inc." is not exactly boilerplate but could be considered company overview; but it's not specific to the role. Might be okay to keep? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The company overview is substantive but maybe not needed for the role. However it's not about the role; it's about the company. The instruction didn't explicitly say to remove company overview, but we might keep it under About the role? But we already have About the role for position summary; adding company overview could be considered extra but not harmful. However we should avoid duplication: there is also later "Learn More About VGM Group, Inc." which is similar to earlier "Click to view more about VGM!" which we might drop as it's a call to action. We need to decide to keep company overview? It might be considered filler but it's substantive info about the employer. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep it if it's substantive. However the sections we have are limited to those headings; we could include company overview under About the role as additional paragraph. That seems okay. But we must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not relevant. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Thus final HTML:

We should ensure no duplicate content. We omitted "Click to view more about VGM!" and "Learn More About VGM Group, Inc." and the later VGM overview. We kept the position summary but omitted the company overview. Did we lose substantive info? The company overview might be considered substantive but not required for the role; but the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information. However the sections we have are limited; we could add a paragraph under About the role that includes the company overview. Let's see if we can incorporate that without making a new section. The company overview: "Learn More About VGM Group, Inc. Headquartered in Waterloo, Iowa, VGM is a 100
