About the role
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and provide exceptional service
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
- Monitor client satisfaction and make improvements as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales or account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales or account management
- Experience in the technology industry is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Schedule
- Full-time position
