Responsibilities- Data & Analytics: Building data systems for travel-centric customers at scale.
- Engineering: Combining travel with innovation and technology to fulfill Tourlane's vision.
- Sales: Building adventures with our customers from planning to travelling, and beyond.
- Design: Building travel experiences through design thinking methodologies.
- Finance: Ensuring financial success of Tourlane from our employees through to travellers.
- Marketing: Engaging with our travellers through various channels and platforms.
- Operations: Effectively managing Tourlane's organizational experience.
- People and Culture: Developing Tourlane's culture as well as hiring and supporting all colleagues.
- Product Management: Creating visionary products for the best Tourlane experience.
- Travel Product: Ensuring our customers have the best experience while travelling.
While specific qualifications may vary depending on the role, candidates should possess:
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Passion for travel and innovation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in relevant fields such as data analytics, engineering, sales, design, finance, marketing, operations, product management, or travel product
