About the Role
The Recruiter/Account Manager – Technology is a full-desk recruiting position responsible for business development, client relationship management, candidate recruitment, and successful job placements. This hybrid role combines sales, recruiting, and account management, allowing professionals to build long-term relationships with both technology clients and IT professionals. The successful candidate will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle while expanding the company's technology staffing division.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, sales, or business development.
- Proven success in sales, recruiting, or account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
- Develop and expand a portfolio of technology staffing clients.
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and executive-level decision-makers.

- Conduct reference checks and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

- Resolve customer service issues promptly while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Contribute to the continued growth of the Technology Staffing division.
