About the Role

The Recruiter/Account Manager – Technology is a full-desk recruiting position responsible for business development, client relationship management, candidate recruitment, and successful job placements. This hybrid role combines sales, recruiting, and account management, allowing professionals to build long-term relationships with both technology clients and IT professionals. The successful candidate will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle while expanding the company's technology staffing division.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, sales, or business development.
  • Proven success in sales, recruiting, or account management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and customer-focused approach.

Requirements

  • Develop and expand a portfolio of technology staffing clients.
  • Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and executive-level decision-makers.
  • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate qualified IT professionals.
  • Conduct reference checks and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Match qualified candidates with client hiring needs for direct-hire and contract positions.
  • Present candidates to clients and coordinate the hiring process.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and placed candidates.
  • Resolve customer service issues promptly while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the continued growth of the Technology Staffing division.
