Account Manager
About the role
The Account Manager will work with KCN Management to promote, develop, and increase the profitable sales volume of his/her business; is expected to promote a positive and ethical image to all customers and contacts; and is also expected to know his/her customer's needs as well as how to apply company services, products and policies to exceed those needs. Manage assigned regional technical operations associated with KCN. Assist the sales staff to promote, acquire, and develop, KCN business.
Responsibilities
- Work with KCN Management to promote, develop, and increase the profitable sales volume of his/her business
- Promote a positive and ethical image to all customers and contacts
- Know customer's needs and apply company services, products and policies to exceed those needs
- Manage assigned regional technical operations associated with KCN
- Aid the sales staff in promoting, acquiring, and developing KCN business
- Perform other duties as determined by the needs of the business
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver’s license; must have and maintain a satisfactory driving record
- Sales experience
- Familiarity with inventory management
- Ability to understand market conditions
- Ability to understand and apply sales concepts
- Ability to understand profit margins and forecasts
- Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs)
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent telephone and communication skills
- Ability to travel on company business
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have and maintain a satisfactory driving record
- Must have sales experience

Pay
$100,000 - $115,000/year
